Are Armada skis any good?
The Armada ARVW is a great ski for all soft snow conditions. We think it is playful, but difficult to ski in variable conditions and at high speeds. A confident, aggressive skier may have a better time on this ski, but we do not recommend it for intermediate skiers. It skis true to length.

Are Armada skis stiff?
They aren’t quite as stiff as the ON3P Kartels or the K2 Poacher but all in all the ARV 96 is now a pretty solid ski. The older, softer model was fun, but perhaps let down a touch by its high-speed performance.

There are 2 mount lines locations on the ARV 96, the further back line is -5cm back/the “All Mountain/very little Park” line and the more centered line is (-2.5 cm back) is the “50/50 of Park/All Mountain” line. Mount on the -2.5cm line and enjoy with your preferences!

How do you find the true center on a ski?
True center is found by measuring the ski from tip to tail and marking the exact middle of the ski which is usually a few centimeters forward from a traditional mounting point.
Do Armada skis have a left and right?
Our skis are not designated specifically for a left and a right foot. So, you can ski them on whichever foot they fall under.
