What is WICHE program?
WICHE fosters student affordability and access through three interstate exchange programs, the largest of which is the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE, pronounced ‘woo-E’). Founded in 1988, WUE enables discounted undergraduate tuition for more than 40,000 students in the U.S. West.
Is Wue competitive?
An example is Western Washington University, where WUE is highly competitive (past recipients have had a 3.9 GPA on average!) At most participating schools, the WUE rate is renewable for up to 4-years, provided the student meets minimum GPA criteria.

20 graduating high school seniors receive full-ride scholarships to attend MSU. Twenty incoming students have been awarded an Alumni Distinguished Scholarship or University Distinguished Scholarship that will cover full tuition, room and board and a stipend for up to eight semesters of study at MSU.
