After an incredible twelve years run, Dust Studio has ceased its operations. In the past couple of years, producing the beautiful miniatures and model kits that you know and love has become increasingly difficult, and it is now impossible for us to continue.
What scale is dust 1947?
The DUST miniatures are pretty much heroic 28mm scale, so a few millimetres taller than a standard Imperial Guard, but with a human proportioned figure!
What happened Dust Tactics?
As of May 2016 Dust 1947 has rebranded and is self distributed through a sister company, Dust USA. In the past we have cooperated with other companies to help expand our reach which never really worked for the best.

What is Warhammer 40K scale?
The scale of Warhammer 40K Space Marines is 1:64 (28mm/32mm) scale, with Heroic scale proportions. The scale of Warhammer 40K vehicles and Warhammer 40K tanks was smaller than the scale for the figures, but since the late 1990s they make them in a similar scale to the miniature figures.
What are dust proof drawers?
Dust proofing is used between drawers to prevent dust from falling within a case onto cleanly folded clothing. Typical dust proofing consists of wood or fabric panels that are built into a dresser or chest and separate the top of one drawer from the bottom of another.
