How does TBC fishing work?
Leveling Fishing in TBC is pretty much the same as leveling Fishing in Classic. You need to go to a zone where the fishing skill is low enough that you can fish there successfully, but high enough that you will get steady skill points. This means you will be moving from zone to zone as your skill goes up.
