Can I study in Jurong library?
Patrons can visit the regional libraries (in Jurong, Tampines and Woodlands), the National Library, the Study Lounge at Level 5 of the National Library Building, and the National Archives of Singapore for up to three hours, two hours in all other public libraries, and one hour at the Former Ford Factory.

Currently, NLB Partner Membership is only free for PAssion ez-link Holders who are Singaporeans or PRs. Foreigners can choose to register as a Partner Member by paying the annual fee ($42.80). The registration fee ($10.50) will be waived.
