Do all Oral-B Refills fit?
One of the fantastic things about Oral-B brush heads is that they are fully interchangeable*. This means that if you have any of the Oral-B electric toothbrushes, you can use any of the brush heads explained here.

How do I know which Oral-B toothbrush I have?
Type Number. This will identify which model of electric toothbrush you have. It is a 4-digit number which can be found on the underside of your toothbrush and is highlighted by the red arrows below. The Type Number should also be listed on the user manual for your toothbrush.
How do you disinfect a toothbrush head?
Boil a small pot of water on the stove and dip the head of your toothbrush in the rolling boil for at least three minutes to kill most germs. Make sure to rinse your brush under cold water afterwards to bring it back to a safe temperature and wait a few more minutes before using it to avoid burns!
Do all Oral-B toothbrushes use the same charger?
The type number of your toothbrush and the type number of your charger are independent and do not necessarily match. Confusingly, they used to match to some extent but in recent years they have diverged and are now independent of each other.
What is the difference between all the Oral-B toothbrushes?
Our Oral-B 1000 models are an excellent choice and they are all actually the same unit in terms of power and technicality. The difference between them is the brush head which comes in the box (eg. CrossAction 1000 will have a CrossAction toothbrush head), and the color of the toothbrush handle.
When should you replace electric toothbrush?

In general, you should replace the head of your electric toothbrush every 12 weeks. This should be done more often than for a manual toothbrush because electric brushes often have shorter bristles. For this reason, they tend to become worn down more quickly and must be replaced sooner.
